Service Description

This is a 6 week camp designed to get you ready for you upcoming sport season or keep you strong in season. the 60 minute sessions cover active dynamic warmup, Jump or plyo metric training as well as acceleration and multidirectional movement skill development. Developing Strength and Proper weight room mechanics is where we seperate our selves. We will help you become profecient in the weight room and make real gains.
